Welcome to Rerasgems. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. As every piece is handcrafted, production may take 10–15 days before delivery.
Product Information and Ordering
All beaded wallets and bags are handmade using high-quality materials, including premium acrylic beads.
Product images, descriptions, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece.
For customisable products, please ensure that any names, initials, or words are entered correctly before checkout.
Once an order has been placed, changes to personalisation cannot be guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Personalised or custom-made items can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@rerasgems.com and provide your order number.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Repairs
We offer free repairs within 30 days of purchase for any breakage not caused by misuse.
Repairs requested after 30 days, or those resulting from misuse, will incur a small repair charge.
Repairs apply only to beaded wallets and bags purchased directly from Rerasgems. Items from other sellers will be returned unaltered.
Payment and Billing
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Rerasgems is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £45.
Care Instructions
Handle your beaded wallet or bag with care to maintain its shape and shine.
Avoid rough handling or heavy pressure to prevent bead damage.
Store in a soft pouch or box when not in use.
While our products are designed to be durable, avoid excessive water exposure unless otherwise stated.
