• By placing an order, you confirm that you have measured your waist accurately and checked our size chart to select the appropriate size.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

• Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size. Please refer to our size chart and instructional videos before purchase.
• If your item does not fit, you may exchange it for the correct size within three (3) days of delivery.
• To qualify for an exchange, you must provide proof of shipping the item back with a valid tracking number.
• After three (3) days, resizing services are available for $9.99.

3. Repairs

• We offer free repairs for any breakage within 30 days of purchase, provided it is not due to misuse.
• Repairs needed after 30 days, or those caused by misuse, will incur a repair charge.
• Repairs are only available for products purchased from Rerasgems. Items from other companies will be returned without repairs.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and secure payment gateways.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary based on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Rerasgems is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

6. Best Practices for Jewelry Care

• Secure the clasp properly to prevent loosening.
• While our waist beads can be worn in water, ensure gemstones used in the piece are water-safe.
• Store jewelry in an individual box, cotton cloth, or tissue wrap when not in use.
